Delete your Motivus account

You can permanently delete your Motivus account and the data Motivus holds for it in Motivus systems.

If you can open Motivus

In the Motivus app, open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom (after Sign out), and tap the red Delete account button. Confirm in the sheet that appears. That permanently deletes your Motivus account from Motivus systems.

Signed-in users should use that in-app control. This web page is for people who cannot open the app, and for store and policy reference.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Motivus account does not cancel Apple or Google Motivus Pro. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google subscription settings if you no longer want to be billed.

If you cannot open the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your Motivus account and ask for deletion. After we verify ownership, we delete the account. You do not need to reinstall the app.
